Auto-extension

Payment terms:
There is no upfront payment, final payment for delivery of goods with deferred payment at least 60 and not more than 70 calendar days after the receipt of the goods is signed.
The Customer is prepared to consider alternative offers by Participants (including several) in terms of payment arrangements and terms, which will be taken into account when comparing Participants' offers.
Delivery terms:
Delivery shall be delivered in batches within 6 months from the date of conclusion of the contract based on the Customer's requests, within a maximum of 20 calendar days from the date of submission.
The Customer is ready to consider alternative proposals by Participants in part of the order and timing of delivery, which will be taken into account when comparing Participants' offers.

Comments: A member of the procurement procedure must comply with the following requirements:
1. No trial by the Participant in the procurement procedure for the amount of claims for the latter exceeding 25% of the Company's equity (confirmed by declaration of conformity the required completion and submission as part of the application form "Procurement Participant's Declaration of Compliance");
2. Failure to liquidate the Procurement Participant - legal entity and no arbitral tribunal award recognizing the procurement participant - legal person or sole proprietor insolvent (bankrupt) and commencement of a competitive proceeding (confirmed by the declaration of compliance with the required completion and submission of the form & #171; Procurement Participant's Declaration on Compliance");

Procurement procedure, is an internal procedure for the Company's selection of suppliers and should not be considered as a bidding process in the sense of articles 447 to 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and not is a public competition governed by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Zapolarye Sanatorium reserves the right at any time to refuse to proceed with this Procurement Procedure, change the terms and conditions of this Procurement Procedure, and to refuse to enter into a contract with the Supplier, which is rated best by the procurement procedure.
At the same time, any costs associated with participation in the procurement procedure are not reimbursed by the participant in the procurement procedure, the stated costs of Zapolarye Sanatorium LLC are not reimbursed under any circumstances.
