Обоснование: По лотам №1 согласно п. 4.6.5. закупочной документации в случае если принято решение об отказе в допуске к участию в запросе ценовых котировок всех участников закупки или о допуске к участию в закупки и признании участником запроса ценовых котировок только одного участника запроса ценовых котировок, запрос ценовых котировок признается несостоявшимся.
В соответствии с п.4.7.4 заказчик имеет право заключить договор с единственным участником процедуры закупки в случае его соответствия требованиям документации процедуры закупки.
По Лотам №1 Закупочная комиссия приняла решение признать ООО «Суперпласт» единственным участником запроса ценовых котировок с последующим заключением с ним договора.
