Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
1) I ask you to send an extended KP for delivery to the address of LLC Sorochinsky elevator MTZ-82.1-23-12 tractor manufactured in Belarus with additional equipment according to the approved TK

2) Mandatory familiarization with the procurement documentation:
- technical task,
- approved list of documents
- additional agreement with special terms of interaction
- Consent to the submission of a part of the information constituting NT by separate codes

3) Mandatory provision of documentation:
- official endorsed KP indicating the total cost of delivery of the MTZ-82.1-23-12 tractor manufactured in Belarus with additional equipment according to the approved statement of work taking into account delivery to Sorochinsky elevator LLC, reflecting the delivery time, warranty and payment procedure
- full package of accounting and registration documents according to the approved list (presented in the attachment)
- certificates of the official representative of the manufacturer in the Republic of Belarus.

4) The responsible person for submitting comments on TK is Dmitry S. Trunov

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations
