Payment terms:payment product is made by the buyer with deferred payment not less than 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of receipt by the buyer of the complete set of documents for payment:- Original commodity product invoice signed by the parties executed on form Torg-12.- The original invoice for 100% of the purchase price of the product. The calculations under the contract are made by transferring money to the bank account of the provider specified in article 10 of this agreement, and may have some form of settlements, is not contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation, including through transfer of bills of Exchange, etc. If the contract is with SMSP, the payment period shall be in accordance with applicable law.
