Payment terms:
the price of the contract (lot Price) is formed taking into account the costs of execution of the Agreement in accordance with the requirements of clause 8 and paragraph 9 of this technical specification, expenses for transportation, insurance, loading, packaging, payment of customs duties, taxes and other Mandatory payments, shipping costs to the buyer's warehouse.
The price of the contract (lot Price) is formed taking into account VAT in the amount according to the tax code of the Russian Federation – at the rate of 20% (as the products in accordance with the agreement will be transferred after 01.01.2019 (article 5 of the Federal law of 03.08.2018 № 303-FZ)) if the participant is a VAT payer.
The price of the contract (lot Price) is formed without VAT, if the participant is not the taxpayer of VAT or is relieved from performance of duties of VAT taxpayer in accordance with the tax code of the Russian Federation. In this case, the participant shall include in his proposal a copy of the document confirming that he is not a VAT taxpayer or relieved from the performance of duties of VAT taxpayer.
