The procedure of request for proposals is not a Competition (form of bidding) provided for by Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to conclude a contract or terminate the procedure for requesting commercial offers at any time without carrying any liability to suppliers. Replacement of declared products with similar, should not lead to deterioration of technical and operational characteristics of the offered products. Products offered must be certified and must be supplied with all necessary documentation
