Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Postpayment in the amount of 100% for the Goods under the Agreement is carried out upon delivery of the Goods within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the submission to the Buyer of the documents provided for in subparagraphs a), b), c) clause 5.4. Agreement and signing of a consignment note in the form of TORG-12.
