Payment terms:
Payment for the Lot of Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties of TORG-12 / UPD), provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment for the Products / Lot of Products
Delivery terms:
1. Products must be labeled and packed in packaging that ensures the safety of the Products during transportation and storage, in accordance with GOST, TU, OST
2. Container (packing) cannot be returned
3. Delivery is carried out by means of shipments of the Products by road transport by forces and at the expense of the Supplier, respectively, to the consignee's warehouse.
4. The scope of delivery is preliminary and is specified by the Customer according to the current need.
5. Early delivery can only be made with the written consent of the Customer
6. The customer has the right to refuse to accept the Products according to the agreed specification if the delivery on it is overdue by more than fifteen calendar days.
