In the event of a contract being concluded with the supplier corresponding to the criteria for referring to SMEs, payment for the Products under the Agreement is made by the Buyer within 30 days after delivery of 100% of the products on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier, in which the number and date of this agreement must be indicated. |
