Before the end of the filing to participate in the request for proposals, JSC "Kuibyshevazot" has the right to make changes to the Notification, including extend the end of the filing.
This request for proposals is not a bid (competition, auction) or public competition pursuant to articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not impose on JSC "Kuibyshevazot" obligations established the articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
