Supply:
The equipment is supplied in 100% factory readiness, taking into account delivery to the Nizhnevartovsk branch of LLC Weatherford, at the address KhMAO-Yugra, Nizhnevartovsk, NV GPP area.
This technical assignment (TOR) regulates the scope of delivery until December 31, 2023 according to the projected volume of work of the CHC division of Weatherford LLC / The projected purchase volume is formed on the basis of a similar production volume for the previous year, but cannot be guaranteed to the Seller, due to the specifics of the production process ... The annual volume of purchases can vary, both upward and downward, depending on the actual production volumes. The delivery of tubular products begins from the moment of sending an official application to the Supplier, indicating a certain volume and delivery schedule.
The planned start date for tubing delivery (roughly) is from the beginning of 2021.
Repairs:
During the operation of this tubing pipe, there will periodically appear a need to repair the tubing pipes. Repair includes, as defects are revealed during inspection, the following steps:
- preliminary sorting and rejection, length measurement;
- external and internal surface cleaning;
- unscrewing couplings;
- templating of the inner surface;
- cleaning the thread of couplings;
- output control of couplings;
- inspection of the integrity of the pipe and threaded connections by non-destructive testing;
- cutting off defective pipe fragments;
- threading of the nipple part of the pipes;
- output control of tubing nipple thread;
- screwing on couplings;
- hydraulic tests - pressure testing;
- length measurement and marking
use of thread compound according to ISO 13678 or API RP 5A3, use of RUSMA-1 grease or an equivalent is permissible. All tubular products subject to changes should be marked accordingly, the previous marking should be changed in accordance with the marking requirements specified in the technical requirements of this TK. The output product - tubing pipes, must comply with API 5CT requirements. After completion of the repair, the Supplier is obliged to provide the accompanying documentation in accordance with the TOR.
Requirements for accompanying documentation:
An individual passport in Russian must be provided for each batch of products. The passport must be certified by the seal of the manufacturer and contain the signature of the person responsible for the release of the product.

For this type of product, permits (certificate of conformity, permit for use) of Gosgortekhnadzor and Gosstandart of the Russian Federation must be submitted (one copy must be notarized in Russian and submitted before the delivery of the equipment).
Supplier guarantees
1. The manufacturer guarantees the free elimination of defects in the shortest possible time if they are found during acceptance or during storage of the goods in conditions that meet the requirements of the manufacturer, by replacing them with a similar product during the warranty period.
2. The fact of poor quality or incompleteness of the equipment, as well as its failure, must be certified by the appropriate act, and in case of disagreement - also by the decision of the technical expertise appointed by both parties.
3. The supplier guarantees the delivery of the product ready for use and does not require further modification.
