Contract performance security:В качестве обеспечения оферты Участнику необходимо:
- подгрузить коммерческое предложение подписанное уполномоченным лицом и скрепленное печатью, с указанием существенных условий оставки (наименование предлагаемой к поставке продукции, цена, объем, срок поставки, форма оплаты);
- подписанный договор поставки (в редакции Покупателя будет являться преимуществом).
Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:Delivery time: no later than 04/30/2020.
Only a new (previously unused) pipe with a length of at least 2.5-3.0 meters with documents confirming quality is accepted for delivery.
The delivery price includes delivery to the buyer's warehouse (Chelyabinsk).
