Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the Batch of Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the batch of Products (date of signing by the Parties of the COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12), provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment for the Batch of Products.
In case of conclusion of an agreement with the SMSP:
Payment for the batch of Products is made by the Buyer within 7 (seven) business days from the date of delivery of the batch of Products (date of signing by the Buyer of the invoice signed and sent to him by the Supplier in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12/UPD (universal transfer document)) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier. The invoice is issued by the Supplier on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation
Delivery terms:
Products must be marked and packed in a package that ensures the safety of Products from spoilage, damage during transportation by all means of transport, overloading, storage, according to GOST 10704, 20295.
Labeling, packaging and accompanying documentation must strictly comply with the special requirements of regulatory and technical documentation

Delivery is carried out by shipping Products by rail or road by forces and at the expense of the Supplier, respectively, to the railway station of destination of the Consignee or to the warehouse of the Consignee. The place of delivery is indicated in column 13 of Table No. 1
*For pipes planned for insulation, at the request of the Buyer, the Supplier undertakes to ship Products according to the details of another consignee, determined at the discretion of the Buyer, with mandatory notification to the Supplier 15 (Fifteen) calendar days before the beginning of the month of delivery. At the same time, the Supplier recalculates the cost of delivery of Products based on the tariffs of the carrier organization, the forwarder and other applicable regulations, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for the Products taking into account the changed prices as a result of recalculation of the cost of delivery of Products.
The supplier, simultaneously with the transfer of the goods, is obliged to transfer to the Customer its accessories, as well as related documents in Russian (quality certificates, declarations of conformity of the goods with the requirements of technical regulations, provisions of standards, codes of rules, GOST standards established for this type of goods, sanitary and epidemiological conclusion, other documents supplied by the manufacturer, including warranty obligations and information about the availability of a service center, addresses and ways of contacting it, etc.).
The scope of delivery is preliminary and is specified by the Customer according to current needs.
