Payment terms:Upon receipt of the products within 30 working days from the date of delivery and submission of original invoices, waybills, copies of railway receipts, bills of lading. Other payment terms are being considered.
Delivery terms:Requirements for the place of delivery of goods:
Delivery is carried out at the expense of the Supplier to the facility Astrakhan Region, Narimanov District, on the territory of the Beshkulskoye field, Coordinates: 46°24′48,6″N, 47°22′00.4″E (46.413503, 47.366766)
Requirements for the delivery time of goods:
Delivery time of Products — Delivery in full no later than 06.12.2021.
Georeferencing:Astrakhan region, Narimanov district, index 416102, coordinates 46°24'48" N 47°21'59" E
Comments:
Copies of all available product certificates must be attached to the quotation.
Preference is given to the supplier who has provided a commercial offer for the full volume of delivery for the Lot.

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form before opening the envelopes simultaneously with the submission of the offer and a file in the form of a scanned copy of its commercial offer, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of failure or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
Supplier offers are valid for at least 30 days.

The cost of products must be constant for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
