Payment terms:
Payment for the delivered products (goods) is made within 60 days from the date of receipt of the products (goods) in the Buyer's warehouse, and the provision of shipping documents issued in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.

2. The recommended validity period of the offer is not less than 30 calendar days from the day following the day of the end of acceptance of Bids;

When conducting a request for prices /offers, an invitation to participate together with the documentation on the request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the procurement procedure; the bid for participation in the request is an offer of a potential Bidder of the request for prices/offers. At the same time, the Organizer has no obligation to conclude an agreement based on its results
