Payment for the cost of the delivered products is carried out by the Buyer within 80 (eighty) calendar days from the date of signing the consignment note (UPD) by the Buyer and subject to the availability of a corresponding Supplier invoice for the cost of the delivered batch of products

The Organizer has the right to make changes to the Notification and Documentation, as well as to extend the deadline (date and/or time) for submitting Proposals.
In accordance with the provisions of sub-paragraph 1) of paragraph 2.1 of Article 1 of Federal Law No. 223-FZ of 18.07.2011 "On procurement of goods, works, services, certain types of legal entities", the said federal law does not apply to the activities of PJSC "Unipro" related to the procurement of goods (works, services), since the total revenue of PJSC "Unipro" from activities related to the activities of natural monopolies, as well as from regulated activities specified in No. 223-FZ dated 18.07.2011, does not exceed 10% of the total revenue from all types of activities carried out by PJSC "Unipro".
