Payment of the cost of delivered products is carried out by the Buyer within 80 (eighty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Goods Consignment Note (UPD) by the Buyer and subject to the availability of the corresponding Supplier invoices for the value of delivered batch of products
Delivery terms:
In accordance with the terms of the technical specification and draft contract. Delivery to the customer's warehouses must be included in the price. Delivery time for Lot 1 - no later than 01.04.2021; on Lot 2 - no later than 01.03.2021.

The Organizer has the right to refuse to carry out the request for proposals, as well as to complete the procedure of request for proposals without concluding a contract based on its results at any time, while the Organizer does not reimburse the costs incurred by the State party in preparing and participating in the request for proposals.$ Bidding organizer has the right to amend the Announcement and Documentation, as well to extend the period (date and/or time) for submission of Proposals.
In accordance with the provisions of subparagraph 1) of paragraph 2.1 of Article 1 of the Federal Law No. 223-FZ of 18.07.2011 "On procurement of goods, works, services, certain types of legal entities", the action of the specified Federal law does not apply to the activities of PJSC "Unipro" related to the procurement of goods (works, services), as the total proceeds of PJSC "Unipro" from the activities related to the sphere of activity of natural monopolies, as well as from regulated activities specified in No. 223-FZ of 18.07.2011, does not exceed 10% of the total amount of revenues from all types of activities carried out by PJSC "Unipro".
