Payment terms:
Payment for the delivered goods is carried out within 60-90 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods on the basis of the original invoice and invoice of the Supplier
Delivery terms:
Proposals of providers fulfilling the following conditions are accepted for consideration:
1. Supply prices remain unchanged for the entire duration of the contract.
2. The submitted offer contains a signed statement on the unconditional signing of the contract, or a draft protocol of disagreements
3. Shipping costs are included in the price of the goods.
4. The supplier carries out the required customs procedures in accordance with applicable law on its own and at its own expense (if provided).
5. The supplier provides the following documents:
- Mandatory to provide permission to use the Goods;
- certificate of conformity for the Goods (OTTS);
- certificate of quality (if applicable);
- technical documentation necessary for registration with the traffic police and registration with the bodies of RosTechNadzor and use of the Goods; (passport, instruction manual)

- a document confirming the warranty on the Product, service book;
- documents confirming the passage of all customs procedures; (if necessary)
In the case of the supply of imported equipment, the Supplier at its own expense translates all the documentation into Russian.
Requirements for the terms of delivery: 1. The equipment must be new, not previously used and not restored;
2. The procedure, terms and conditions for the exchange of low-quality products in accordance with the terms of the attached contract
Supplier Warranties
1. For equipment 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance certificate.
2. The supplier guarantees the gratuitous elimination in the shortest, technically possible period of defects caused by his fault and discovered during the warranty period, as well as the replacement of parts that fail during this period.
Requirements for supporting documentation: The supplier provides a package of technical documentation, which should contain
1. User's manual.
2. Passports and certificates of conformity for all equipment in Russian.

1. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Participants of this procedure MUST attach all necessary documents to their proposals in electronic form at the same time as they submit the proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper performance by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity of the offer of suppliers is not less than 30 days.
Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
