Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
30% - the advance payment is payable by the Buyer no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the Agreement. Subject to receiving an invoice for payment and receiving security for the return of the advance.
70% - Not earlier than 45 (Forty five) calendar days and not later than 75 (Seventy five) calendar days (for small and medium-sized businesses - not more than 15 working days) following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Goods acceptance certificate, consignment note (unified form TORG-12) subject to the provision of original primary documents: invoice, invoice, TTN, the Buyer pays the Supplier 100% (One hundred percent) of the cost of the Goods supplied and accepted by the Buyer.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
