Comments:
The tender is held in one stage and includes:
1. collection of technical proposals in accordance with the test tasks submitted in Appendix No. 6_ questionnaire_ Initial data;
2. collection of commercial proposals for the test task (Appendix No. 4) and price books from the participants with the division of the cost of delivery into the main blocks and components (material of execution of the main elements and internal devices, corrosion protection external and internal, heat treatment, spare parts (for SMR and PNR, for 3 years of operation), power el.engine (kW), pressure (Mpa), head/ flow (l/hour), explosion-proof design, equipment delivery, etc.) with the possibility of supplementing the information in Appendices No. 4.1.
3. collection of proposals on the mechanism for forming formulas for changing the price of equipment (TMC) Appendix No. 9. Offers are accepted exclusively through ETP.
4. The results of the procedure will be available in the "Files uploaded by the Organizer" tab.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!:В связи с участившимися случаями необоснованного отказа от поданного коммерческого предложения / от заключения договора, принято решение об изменении правил включения Участников закупочных процедур в стоп-лист ПАО «Татнефть». В случае первого необоснованного отказа – включение в стоп-лист сроком на 6 месяцев, в случае повторного отказа – на постоянной основе.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!!:В случае отсутствия справки ФНС по форме КНД 1120101, данный документ возможно предоставить в течение 3-х рабочих дней после завершения процедуры. С 14.01.2019 в тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ПАО «Татнефть» (Центр закупок) продление сроков завершения тендера НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение. Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения. Извещение о результатах процедуры будет доступно во вкладке "Файлы, загруженные организатором" после подведения итогов.
