Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Framework agreement. Payment shall be made not earlier than 45 (Forty-five) calendar days and not later than 75 (Seventy-five) calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of delivery and acceptance of goods. Within 15 (Fifteen) business days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Act of acceptance of the Goods / Act of services provided, provided that the original documents are provided. The price must be fixed, in accordance with Article 164 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, the VAT rate is 0%.
