payment by the purchaser of the goods shipped shall be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days (for SMEs)/within 45 (forty-five) calendar days after the signature of the consignment note by the parties and provision by the supplier of an invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of clause 5 of art. 169 of the Russian tax code.
