Auto-extension

Payment terms:Form of payment: Cashless payments.
Payment under the Agreement is carried out on the following terms:
¾ The buyer makes an advance payment under the Agreement in the amount of 20% of the total price of the Agreement within 10 (ten) working days after the signing of this Agreement, on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier for payment
¾ The final payment is made by the Buyer in the amount of 80% of the total price of the Agreement within 10 (ten) working days after the delivery of the Equipment and presentation by the Supplier of the Goods Receipt, invoice and the Certificate of Acceptance, Transfer, -Concurement of the Buyer's personnel for the operation of the equipment and submission of the relevant invoice by the Supplier, the Certificate of Equipment Start-Up, signed by the Parties.
After the signing of this Contract, the price for the supplied Equipment and the work performed is not subject to change.
Within 5 (five) days from the date of transfer of funds by the Buyer, the Supplier shall send the Buyer an invoice for the amount of the advance payment.
Advancement and payment under this Agreement shall be effected from the Buyer's separate account to a separate account of the Supplier opened by the Supplier in accordance with Federal Law No. 275-FZ of 29.12.2012 "On State Defense Order" in the authorized bank, on the basis of the Banking Support Agreement, concluded by the Supplier with the authorized bank. The authorized bank is VTB Bank.
In accordance with paragraph 3, Article 8.2.2 275-FZ of December 29, 12, banking support is provided by an authorized bank free of charge.
The use of funds received from the Buyer on a separate bank account is carried out by the Supplier in accordance with the mode of use of a separate account established by Art.8.3 275-FZ of December 29,
Delivery terms:The delivery of equipment is performed in the following period:
- within 85 (eighty-five) working days from the date of signing the Contract.
The equipment is supplied by:
- by the Supplier and at his expense to the Buyer's warehouse, the place of delivery: 400071, Volgograd, Lenin Ave., JSC "FITC" Titan-Barricade ". The equipment must be shipped in its original packaging. The package must protect the cargo from all kinds of damage and corrosion during transportation, taking into account possible overloads in transit and storage.
The Supplier has the right to supply the Equipment ahead of schedule in agreement with the Buyer.
