Payment terms:
Payment for the Products / Lot of Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 (thirty) and no more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties TORG-12 / UPD), provided that the Buyer provides a full set of documents for payment for the Products / Party Products.
Delivery terms:
1. Products must be labeled and packaged in packages that ensure the safety of the Products during transportation and storage, in accordance with GOST 6217-74
2. Container (packaging) is not refundable
3. Delivery is carried out by shipment of the Products by rail or road by forces and at the expense of the Supplier, respectively, to the railway station of destination of the Consignee or to the warehouse of the Consignee.
4. The scope of supply is preliminary and is being specified by the customer according to current needs.
5. Early delivery may be made only with the written consent of the Customer.
6. The customer has the right to refuse to accept the Products according to the agreed specification if the delivery on it is overdue for more than fifteen calendar days.
