Payment terms:
Payment is made by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account on the basis of an invoice for each consignment of goods issued to the Customer. The price includes the cost of the Goods, the cost of packaging, labeling, preparation of necessary documentation, loading and unloading, delivery of the Goods to the place of delivery, payment of customs duties, fees and other obligatory payments, as well as other expenses of the Supplier related to the execution of the Agreement
