| Payment terms: | Bank transfer. Payment for the goods is carried out within the cost (price) of the delivered goods within 20 (twenty) business days from the date of signing by the parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the goods provided by the supplier, in the form established by the contract. Advance payment is not provided for.
Payment by bank transfer is considered made from the moment of debiting the funds from the Customer’s bank account.
Counter proposals of the procurement participant under the draft contract are not allowed. |
