Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Payment terms:Payment by the Customer of the goods that complies with the terms of this Agreement and the specification is made upon delivery on the basis of the Supplier’s account within 30 business days from the date of signing by the Customer of a document on acceptance of goods upon receipt of funds in accordance with the estimated purposes for these purposes from the appropriate source of financing.
The price of the Agreement is indicated taking into account all the costs of transportation, insurance, other necessary actions related to the transfer of the Goods to the Customer, payment of customs duties, taxes, other mandatory payments and is solid. Transportation costs are borne by the Supplier.
Delivery terms:The delivery of the Goods specified in the specification to this Agreement is made by the necessary parties upon written request of the Customer within 15 working days from the date of application submission, according to the last application no later than 11/27/2020.
