Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer to the Supplier upon delivery of all Products provided for in the Agreement, based on the invoice received by the Buyer,
I. within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Consignee of the acceptance control act after receiving the Products of good quality and in the proper completeness and receipt by the Buyer (Consignee) of the documents referred to in paragraph 3.4 of the Agreement (for the winner / sole participant who is not a subject of SMEs )
II. within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of signing by the Consignee of the act of incoming control after receipt of the Products of good quality and in the proper completeness and receipt by the Buyer (Consignee) of the documents named in clause 3.4 of the Agreement (for the winner / sole participant being a subject of SMEs).
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
