Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of delivery of such a batch of Goods and only if the Buyer is provided with the originals of the consignment note in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12, approved by the Resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated 12/25/1998 No. 132 (hereinafter referred to as "COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12"), (additionally and, if necessary, the consignment note) for the Shipment of Goods and other shipping documents, invoices issued by the Supplier in accordance with the requirements of accounting, tax accounting and other requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
