The buyer, if necessary (changing the volume requirements) has the right to reduce/increase unilaterally (according to Article 450 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) the amount of equipment by 30% (both upward and downward).
Orders can be placed according to the needs of the buyer, in batches during the entire period of cooperation.
Due to the need, a tender is being held for the supply of Thermal covers for JSC "Thunder" for 2023.
Thermocheel RC - Magnet - delivery by forces and at the expense of the supplier to all specified RC (files with a list of RC and a breakdown of the number of RC attached to the competition).
The breakdown of the quantity by RC is attached to the tender documentation.
important!!! The demand must be delivered before December 01, 2023.
It is possible to divide the volume between suppliers.
important!!! Prerequisite: Testing samples before delivery.
Suppliers must provide all necessary documentation specified in the file "List of documents provided by the supplier" (the file is attached to the tender documentation).
To test the RC Thermocheel model, it will be necessary to send one sample each.
It is necessary to provide the laboratory's conclusion on the confirmation of the thermal conductivity index of the entire product (clause 2.4 in the TOR - Requirements for the preservation of the temperature of the Thermal Cover).
STRICT COMPLIANCE with the TOR

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot take part in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated participants.
