18.07.2011г. «О закупках товаров, работ, услуг
отдельными видами юридических лиц», а также
пунктом 30.2. «Положения о закупках товаров,
работ, услуг АО «Востоктелеком» (утв. Решением
Совета директоров АО «Востоктелеком», протокол №7
от «28» апреля 2017г.):
«30.2. Общество вправе отменить Закупку, которая
осуществляется способом, не являющимся формой
проведения Торгов, в любое время её проведения до
заключения Договора»,
АО «Востоктелеком» извещает об отмене закупочной
процедуры №31806072938 (№960157 на
https://www.b2b-center.ru) на поставку усилителей
мощности С-диапазона 400 Вт стоечного исполнения
(с системой резервирования усилителей 2+1 с блоком
управления) (СМСП) в связи с изменившейся
потребностью Заказчика (АО «Востоктелеком»).
