2. Выписка из ЕГРЮЛ
3. Копия декларации по налогу на добавленную стоимость (НДС) с квитанцией о приёме налоговым органом.
4. Свидетельство о гос. регистрации юр. лица
5. Свидетельство о постановке на налоговый учёт юр. лица
6. Справка о состоянии расчётов по налогам и сборам, датированная не более чем 30-ти дневным сроком к дате предоставления.
7. Устав.
8. Бухгалтерская отчётность за последний отчётный период.
9. Сертификаты, лицензии, дилерские отношения.
10. Согласие на заключение договора по типовой форме ООО «ТНГ-ЛенГИС».
