Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for services rendered shall be received within 15 working days from the date of signing of the documents confirming the fulfillment of counterparty obligations under the contract, subject to the availability executed in compliance with the established norms of payment documents (SMEs). Within 45 calendar days from the date of signing of the documents confirming the fulfillment of counterparty obligations under the contract, subject to the availability decorated with regulatory compliance documents to repay (not SMEs). Calculating with the Contractor the Customer by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
