Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and not more than 60 calendar days (if the contract is concluded with the SMS, the payment term is set in accordance with the current legislation) from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties of TORG-12), subject to the provision of For the Buyer of a complete set of documents for payment for the Products:
- The original consignment note for the Products (form TORG-12) / UPD, signed by the Parties - 2 copies;
- Original invoice - 1 copy;
In case of concluding an agreement with the SME, clause 3.2. is set out in the following edition:
Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties of the invoice in the form of TORG-12 / Act of acceptance and transfer of Products / UPD (universal transfer document)) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier. The invoice is issued by the Supplier on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Settlements under the agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account specified in article 10 of this Agreement, and they can also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
