Payment terms:1-й платеж: Покупатель на основании выставленного Поставщиком счета уплачивает Поставщику в течение 30 (тридцати) банковских дней с момента подписания настоящего Договора аванс в размере до 30% от указанной в разделе 3 настоящего Договора цены товара, но не ранее даты предоставления Поставщиком безотзывной безусловной банковской гарантии на возврат аванса. В течение 5 дней со дня оплаты авансового платежа Поставщик обязан предъявить Покупателю счет-фактуру на сумму авансового платежа, в соответствии со ст. 168, 169 гл. 21 НК РФ.
2-й платеж: Покупатель уплачивает Поставщику оставшиеся 70% от указанной в разделе 3 настоящего Договора цены товара в течение 30 (тридцати) банковских дней после поставки товара грузополучателю и предоставления покупателю документов, предусмотренных в п. 6.10. настоящего Договора и на основании счета-фактуры.
Delivery terms:Срок поставки: 20 календарных дней с даты заключения договора на поставку.
Venue of bids examination:Документация по закупке предоставляется без взимания платы в форме электронного документа на сайте ЭТП группы B2B-Center (www.b2b-center.ru), начиная с даты размещения закупки.
