Payment terms:Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the 45th (forty-fifth) calendar day from the moment of transfer of ownership of the Goods.
Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the basis of the original invoice, the original consignment note TORG-12, copies of the goods and transport documents issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.$
Delivery terms:Supplier undertakes to deliver new, unused goods
The Supplier carries out the transportation (delivery) of the Goods to the destination.
The obligations of the Supplier for delivery (transfer) of the Goods shall be considered fulfilled at the time of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee) at the place of destination.
The following accompanying documents must be attached to the Product:
- packing lists; $
- complete lists for each shipping place with the indication: full and correct name, mass dimensions (length, width, height, net weight), number of the questionnaire, name of the object of capital construction, numerical marking ( information based on the principle: Sequence number from the total number of places);
- Technical passports (where applicable); $
- quality certificates or other documents confirming the quality of the Goods;
- the manufacturer's warranty obligations and the period of validity of the warranty obligations;
- Operating instructions (where applicable);
- documents confirming the passage of the customs procedure for the release of the Goods for domestic consumption (applicable for the Goods of foreign production);
- permission of Rostekhnadzor for the use of the Goods (where applicable).
The technical documentation shall comply with the requirements established by the relevant Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (where applicable).
Passports and operating instructions for imported Goods must be executed in Russian.
The goods must be packed in containers that ensure proper safety of the Goods from all kinds of damage and total or partial loss during transportation and meet the requirements (specifications) for packagings and packagings of this type.$
Supplier shall provide a packing list in Russian for each packaging.
The goods must contain a commodity and special marking applied in accordance with GOST or TU, with mandatory indication of information in Russian. All additional costs and losses incurred by the Buyer as a result of defective or incorrect marking shall be borne by the Supplier.
