| Payment terms: | Payment under the Agreement is made by the Buyer within 15 (Fifteen) working days from the date of acceptance by the Buyer of the Goods (from the date the Buyer signs a consignment note in the form of TORG-12 (or UPD)). The procurement procedure will be announced in 2020 on demand for 2022. The contract will be concluded this year, delivery and payment is planned in 2022. |
