Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, therefore, the conduct of this procedure does not impose on SoftLine Trade JSC an appropriate amount of obligations for the mandatory conclusion of an agreement with a winner or participant.

SoftLine Trade JSC may refuse to carry out this procedure at any time without incurring any liability to bidders, including reimbursement of any costs associated with the preparation and submission of an application for participation in this procedure.
