Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of delivery of such a batch of Goods and only on condition that the Buyer is provided with the originals of the invoice in the form of TORG-12, approved by the Resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated 25.12.1998 No. 132 (hereinafter referred to as "TORG-12"), (additionally and if necessary, a bill of lading) for a batch of Goods and other shipping documents, invoices issued by the Supplier in accordance with the requirements of accounting, tax accounting and other requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Comments: It is necessary to prepare a technical and commercial proposal (hereinafter referred to as the TP). The TAP must be initialed on every page. The validity period of the TAP must be at least 60 (sixty) calendar days.
At this stage, a request for proposals is being made in order to familiarize the Participants with the TP, review and identify the most favorable conditions.
Next, the main price stage (rebidding) will be held, to which the Participants who submitted the most favorable offers will be admitted. According to the result of the rebidding, a decision is made on the expediency of concluding a supply contract.
