Payment terms:
Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of delivery of such a batch of Goods and only if the Buyer is provided with the originals of the consignment note in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12, approved by the Resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated 12/25/1998 No. 132 (hereinafter referred to as "COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12"), (additionally and, if necessary, the consignment note) for the Shipment of Goods and other shipping documents, invoices issued by the Supplier in accordance with the requirements of accounting, tax accounting and other requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Comments: It is necessary to prepare a technical and commercial proposal (hereinafter Technical and Commercial Proposal). The Technical and Commercial Proposal should be initialed on each page. The validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal must be at least 60 (sixty) calendar days.
At this stage, a request for proposals is being made in order to familiarize the Technical and Commercial Proposals of the Bidders, review and identify the most favorable conditions.
Next, the main price stage will be held (rebidding), to which Bidders who have submitted the most favorable offers will be admitted. As a result of rebidding, a decision is made on the expediency of concluding a supply contract.
