Comments:
) The participation of only manufacturers or official dealers. It is MANDATORY to attach a document confirming an official dealer or manufacturer.
2) It is obligatory to submit a completed commercial proposal, according to the attached application form for participants, approved by Urals Capital LLC.
3) All prices in the offer should include all taxes and other obligatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
4) This procedure is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
5) If the supplier takes part in the bidding, then it agrees, if it is announced the winner, to conclude a supply contract in the standard form of Uralsk Capital LLC without a protocol of disagreement and to deliver on the terms specified in the procurement announcement.
6) The contract is concluded with UTT Vostok LLC, which is part of the Urals Capital LLC group of companies
