Payment terms:Покупатель производит авансовый платеж 10% в течение 10 рабочих дней с момента подписания соответствующей спецификации после получения счета на предоплату. Оставшуюся сумму Покупатель оплачивает в течение 20 рабочих дней с момента получения Товара.
Delivery terms:Транспортные расходы по поставке товара относятся на Поставщика, упаковочная тара согласно технических условий завода-изготовителя.

3. Покупатель вправе отказаться от всех поступивших предложений без наложения ответственности.
