Payment terms:Payment shall be made by transferring funds to the Vendor's current account, no later than 30 days from the date of delivery of ITC to the Buyer's warehouse. Other payment options are also being considered.
Delivery terms:Not more than 30 calendar days. Delivery cost to the buyer's warehouse in the city. Volgograd is included in the cost of products!!!!!!.

Comments:
Bidding for the right to conclude a supply contract according to the procurement positions by one-time delivery. DELIVERY IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF PRODUCTS!!!!. The Bidding Organizer reserves the right not to consider offers with conditions that do not comply with the terms of the procurement procedure.


1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's questionnaire and documents, according to the list, at the same time as submitting the offer until the opening of the envelopes and a file in the form of a scanned copy of its offer signed by the authorized person and sealed by the organization participating in the procedure. In case of failure or improper performance by the participant of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The supplier of products must be the manufacturer, either the official dealer of the manufacturer or the distributor (confirming documents the participant provides simultaneously with commercial proposition).
4. The cost of products must be unchanged for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).
5. NECESSARILY provide certificates and passports of quality, technical documentation.

Note: this request for proposals is not a notice of the competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
