2) It is necessary to attach a Commercial offer FORM in the attachment indicating the following conditions:
- SPECIFY TWO COST OF POSITIONS (cost on terms of self-pickup and cost with delivery) !!!!
- indicate the manufacturer of the product;
- availability, production time,
- delivery time to the supplier's warehouse;
- dimensions of cargo (roughly)
- point of shipment;
- payment terms;
- attitude to the supplied goods (manufacturer, dealer, free seller)
- WARRANTY (specific term without reference to the manufacturer)
- The cost of the Goods should take into account packaging in accordance with GOST for the regions of the Far North
3) The supplied products must be new, not previously used;
4) The supplied products shall be accompanied by conformity certificates, passport, a document certifying
certificate;
5) Before shipment, you must fill out the packing list (see the example of filling in the purchase
documentation), stick packing list on the packaging of the supplied products, copies of documents shall be sent to the customer by e-mail.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
