Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Preferably: An advance of no more than 20%, 75% after the delivery of equipment to the site, 5% after the NDT.
Delivery terms:Delivery of equipment according to the TOR. All shipping costs must be included. The warranty period is 60 months.

1. This competitive procedure for selecting a Supplier is a request for commercial proposals, is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without explanation, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
2. The offer must be uploaded, after which the documentation will be checked.
3. The participant must submit a commercial offer, a complete set of documents (see the constituent documents for a legal entity), with a reference list with similar work experience attached.
4. Incomplete KP are not accepted for tender.
5. An organization/documentation that does not comply with the requirements and forms specified in the notification, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant, does not comply with the requirements of this competitive procedure.
6. The winner of the auction is approved by the chairman of the tender committee, based on the results of all cumulative factors (price, agreement with payment terms, availability /absence of advance payment, delivery time, accreditation in the security service).

The place of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on the ETP of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru ). The proposals of the participants are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
