Payment terms:
Payment for the delivered goods is carried out within 60, 90, or 120 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods on the basis of the original invoice and invoice of the Supplier (if possible and at the choice of the participant).
The delivery price remains unchanged until the expiration of the contract (until 05/31/2021)
Delivery cost shall be included into the products price.
The supplier carries out the required customs procedures in accordance with applicable law and at its own expense.
Delivery terms:
A DVR with two CANSONIC Z1 DUAL PTZ cameras, the ability to connect GPS (optional), screen 2, FullHD, two wide-angle cameras, a viewing angle of 150 °, support for memory cards of at least 32 GB. Operating conditions - areas of the Far North and Arctic latitudes.
Requirements for the terms of delivery:
a. Equipment and its elements must be 100% factory-made, new, not previously used and not restored.
b. The procedure, terms and conditions for the exchange of low-quality products in accordance with the terms of the attached supply agreement
c. The cost of equipment should include delivery and commissioning on the territory of Weatherford LLC, located at the address: Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District, Noyabrsk, industrial zone. Panel number 6
d. In case of non-compliance and / or deficiencies of the Equipment, an act is drawn up indicating the inconsistencies and / or deficiencies identified, as well as the timing of their elimination, which is signed by the Customer and transmitted to the Supplier.
Requirements for supporting documentation:
The supplier provides a package of technical documentation, which should contain:
a. Documents provided at the time of delivery:
• DS TR TS (declaration of conformity Tech. TS Regulation)
• government permission issued by government
• certificate of the chamber of commerce and industry indicating the country of production, DT (customs declaration) with the mark of the customs authority release is allowed indicating the name of the goods, according to the delivered goods,
• Instructions in Russian and English.

Supplier Warranty:
a. The supplier provides a guarantee for the equipment supplied for a period not less than the warranty period of the manufacturer of this equipment (but not less than 12 months from the date of commissioning).
b. The supplier guarantees gratuitous elimination in the shortest, technically possible period of defects that arose through his fault and discovered during the warranty period.
Required delivery time: from 3 calendar days (it is necessary to indicate the actual delivery time in the offer).
Delivery is carried out in batches, in accordance with one-time operational applications of the Buyer.
