Comments:
Unconditional acceptance of the draft contract for the supply of Izhstal PJSC products.
Mandatory uploading of the commercial proposal by the participating organization.
The winning organization that does not have a valid agreement with PJSC "Izhstal" within one day must upload the following documents to the system, which are required to conclude an agreement:
a) a copy of the charter in the current edition with all changes and additions with the mark of the tax authority;
b) copy of the certificate of state registration of a legal entity
c) copy of the tax registration certificate
d) an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities not older than 15 calendar days before the date of submission
e) a copy of a certificate from tax authorities on tax arrears to the budgets of all levels;
f) copies of documents confirming the election and appointment of a person acting on behalf of a legal entity without a power of attorney (hereinafter - the head) (order of appointment and minutes of the meeting of authorized bodies on election (appointment))
g) a copy of the power of attorney for the right to sign if the documents are signed by a representative by power of attorney
h) copies of documents confirming the authority to supply a certain type of product, as an authorized representative of the manufacturer's company. Such a document is a dealer certificate, dealer certificate, etc. (
i) copies of thanks and reviews from customers on the subject of the Request for Quotations (at least 3)
j) copies of the QMS (quality management system) certificates of the Participant and the Manufacturer of the offered products
k) consent to the processing of personal data from the head of the Participant and / or the responsible person of the Participant, as well as other persons in respect of whom the Participant provides personal data;
l) other documents that, in the opinion of the Participant, confirm its compliance with the established requirements, with appropriate comments explaining the purpose of providing these documents

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on E-marketplace of B2B-Center Group (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals shall be submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with the digital signature.
If the Participant does not have the technical ability to submit an offer through the functionality of the electronic trading platform, the Organizer of the procedure has the right to accept an offer from such a participant to the e-mail address IZH-B2B@izhstal.ru, independently uploading this offer to the site through the functionality of the System, subject to the following conditions:
¬- the Participant must be registered in the System;
-¬ the proposal must be sent to the e-mail address no later than 4 working hours before the deadline for accepting Proposals specified in the Notification with the obligatory notification of the responsible person by phone.
The documents must contain an official letter of appeal to the Procurement Organizer with a request to place an electronic version of his proposal and refusal of any claims related to the fact that the Offer in the System will not be posted by the Participant himself.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
