Payment terms:Prepayment of 70% of the item is paid within 10 (ten) business days from the conclusion of the contract. Payment of a second payment of 30% of the item is paid by the Buyer within 10 (10) business days after both Parties have signed the goods invoice or Act and the Buyer receives invoices and other documents required for the calculation of documents required by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation. The price of the Goods is fixed and is not subject to change during the contract unless it is reduced without changing the quantity and quality of the Goods, as well as other TK terms.

The list of documents to be provided is listed in paragraph 7 of the Technical Assignment file.

This procedure for requesting proposals is not a contest, and it is not governed by articles 447 to 449 of part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure for requesting proposals is also not a public competition and is not governed by articles 1057 to 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Proposal Procedure therefore does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all received offers for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the participants.

The Contractor has the right to ask the Customer for clarification of this documentation. Requests for clarification of documentation must be made in writing on the trading floor.
