Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 20 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 20 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Air ducts and shaped products (including delivery in containers):
1) Delivery of assembled, insulated satellites/insulated air ducts packed in film.
2) Export STRICTLY floor/section by section.
3) Delivery according to the installation schedule (floor/section).
4) Breakdown in the car by floor/section with indication of the floor/section number in the car and in the consignment notes.
5) A car with an opening top and sides.
6) Upon delivery, the TN is obliged.
7) Consignment notes (FRD or Torg-12+Invoice) must be uploaded to the Diadok on the day of shipment.
8) Paper and electronic invoices must contain a comment indicating the delivery address and the order number.

PEAK-ELEMENT OOO:
Warehouse requirements for goods and supplies to PIK-Module LLC:

1. The goods on the pallet must be collected from one item.
2. The delivered cargo must be a multiple of the package (box).
3. A barcode must be present on the package (box).
4. The goods and goods are well fixed on pallets and are not scattered during transportation and unloading.
5. Side discharge is provided in trucks.
6. Suppliers must come through the designated windows.
7. Any large and heavy load must be suitable for unloading by a forklift.
8. Large sheet positions must come on 3 bars of at least 7 cm (under each position (bundle, pallet)) to allow the forks to enter.
9. All incoming pallets must be intact.
10. The incoming pallets must have packing lists. There are tags on the metal.

PEAK-INDUSTRY AO:
Air ducts and shaped products (including delivery in containers):
1) The thickness of the metal is not less than the thickness specified in the TOR
2) All air ducts are DENSE, tightness class B. It is obligatory to reflect this information in the air duct passport
3) Air ducts with flanges of the minimum size. Overall dimensions are indicated taking into account the thickness of the flange
4) The wafer material in the enlarged segments must be made of non-combustible certified materials.
5) To seal the flange connections, use a NON-COMBUSTIBLE sealant.
6) The installed plugs must be removable. For fastening, use components according to the TOR.
7) In insulated products, the plug is NOT insulated.
8) A 2500 mm air duct is used for the satellite.
9) The products must be provided with a certificate and a quality certificate WITH EACH shipment.
10) The material must be marked.
11) 6.5.6 The nipple (coupling) for the connection of the appropriate diameter should be made of metal with a thickness not less than the thickness of the duct. The nipple (coupling) must be tightly inserted (dressed) into the duct for the same length in both parts. The minimum length of the nipple (coupling) entering the part to be connected must be: for diameters 100-315 - at least 50 mm, 355-800 - not less than 80 mm, 900-1250 - not less than 100 mm.
12) Kits for general ventilation of length 1650 (1250+400) in EI30 insulation do 1650 length TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE CONNECTING ELEMENTS
