Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 20 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 20 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:PIK-INDUSTRIYA AO:
Ducts and fittings (including delivery in containers):
1) Metal thickness not less than the thickness specified in the statement of work
2) All ducts are DENSE, tightness class B. Be sure to reflect this information in the passport on the ducts
3) Ducts with minimum flanges. Dimensions are based on flange thickness.
4) Skirt made of insulating material 15 cm for insulation during installation of sets / ducts between themselves at the facility

Nar vent. lattice:
1) Certificate of conformity and quality certificate are required !!!
2) All material should be labeled.
3) When delivered to UPTK, the grilles are stacked on pallets for the possibility of unloading by forklift.

Ducts and fittings (including delivery in containers):
1) Supply satellites complete, in insulation / ducts in isolation, packed in film.
2) Export STRICTLY floor / section.
3) Delivery according to the installation schedule (floor / section).
4) Breakdown in the car by floor / section indicating the number of floor / section in the car and on invoices.
5) Open top and sides machine.
6) Upon delivery, a complete set of documents is required (TORG-12 or UPD, invoice (if TORG-12), TN or TTN).
7) A certificate of conformity and a quality certificate should be provided with each delivery.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
